For CDC or DA pathways, documentation is prepared for assessment. Approval remains with the relevant certifier, council or approval authority.

One point of coordination for the drawing package.
Depending on the project, KOZGRID can coordinate project information with appropriately qualified surveyors, structural or civil engineers, BASIX/NatHERS assessors, hydraulic or stormwater consultants, bushfire consultants, geotechnical engineers, arborists, certifiers and other specialists.
Specialist certifications, engineering, surveying and regulated services remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified independent practitioner engaged for that scope.

Important scope
KOZGRID provides residential building design, drafting, documentation and project coordination services. Approval pathways and consultant requirements vary by property and project. Where required, surveying, engineering, certification and other specialist services are undertaken by appropriately qualified independent practitioners. Development and complying development approvals remain subject to applicable NSW planning controls, the NCC and assessment by the relevant approval authority/certifier.
