KOZGRID focuses on suitable Class 1 residential projects and associated structures. Project suitability, planning controls, building classification and specialist requirements are considered before confirming the engagement.
Independent engineering, surveying, specialist reports and certification are separately scoped. Council fees, consultant fees and construction costs are not included unless expressly stated in your proposal.

Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. Start with your suburb, what you want to change and any plans or photos you already have. We can discuss the information needed to assess suitability and prepare a scope.
Do you work with my builder or consultants?
We can coordinate drawing information with your builder and relevant independent consultants as part of the agreed scope. Their technical advice, certifications and construction responsibilities remain with them.
How quickly can the drawings be prepared?
We aim for responsive communication and efficient preparation. Your timeframe is agreed around complexity, available survey and site information, client decisions and consultant inputs. Approval and construction timeframes are separate.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Council or a registered certifier assesses the application against the applicable requirements. KOZGRID prepares and coordinates the agreed documentation and can respond to drawing-related requests within scope.
