About Ahmet Kocagoz
Ahmet Kocagoz operates KOZGRID and currently undertakes residential design and documentation work through the studio. You speak directly with the person preparing and coordinating your drawings, with clear conversations about what is needed, what is included and what comes next.
Ahmet holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, BDes (Architecture), and is currently undertaking a Master of Construction Project Management at UNSW.
His approach centres on honest advice about the agreed scope, clear priorities and straightforward communication throughout the design and documentation process.

Residential design studies
House, duplex and terrace design studies exploring residential layouts and form. These are design studies, with no completed construction outcome claimed.
Existing-condition drawings
Existing-condition and measured drawings recording residential layouts. These do not replace a boundary or land survey by an appropriately qualified surveyor.
DA / CDC documentation
Residential documentation and consultant coordination to support DA or CDC assessment. Independent specialists provide advice and certification within their scope; council or the appointed certifier determines approvals.

Our focus is residential building design, drafting, documentation and project coordination for suitable Class 1 projects and associated structures.
KOZGRID is not an architectural practice, registered architect, engineering consultancy, surveying practice, certifier or builder. Independent practitioners provide specialist advice and certification within their respective scopes. Approvals are determined by council or the appointed registered certifier.
Each proposal is reviewed for suitability. Approvals remain with the relevant authority, and construction services are undertaken by the appointed contractor.
