Why KOZGRID exists.
Residential projects can become difficult when drawings, revisions, consultants and builder information are disconnected. KOZGRID is built around keeping those pieces clear and coordinated so homeowners and project teams can make decisions earlier.
The work is developed through Revit-based workflows so plans, elevations, sections and revisions stay aligned as the design develops.
Small enough to stay responsive.
Clients deal directly with the person preparing and coordinating the work. The aim is simple: quick responses, clear scope, practical revisions and no unnecessary layers of communication.
Many straightforward drawing packages are targeted within approximately 1–2 weeks once the required site information, survey and client decisions are available. This is an indicative target only.
Homes and everyday residential projects.
KOZGRID primarily focuses on suitable Class 1 residential projects and associated residential structures, including additions, alterations, secondary dwellings, pergolas, patios, alfrescos, decks, garages, carports, sheds and existing-condition documentation.
Coordinated, not over-claimed.
Where required, KOZGRID coordinates project information with appropriately qualified independent surveyors, engineers, BASIX/NatHERS assessors, stormwater consultants, bushfire consultants, certifiers and other specialists. Specialist certifications and declarations remain with the practitioner responsible for that scope.
