Website analytics may collect browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, campaign attribution, navigation activity, link clicks and enquiry progress.
2. How information is used
Kozgrid may use personal information to respond to enquiries and callback requests, prepare quotations, deliver residential building design and documentation services, coordinate project information with agreed consultants, administer payments, improve the website and maintain business records.
3. Consultant coordination
Where a project requires independent consultants, relevant project information may be shared with the consultant where necessary to obtain a quotation, coordinate documentation or progress the agreed project scope. Kozgrid will only share information reasonably required for that purpose.
4. Website analytics
Kozgrid uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may process a visitor's IP address to derive approximate location, but GA4 does not make raw IP addresses available to Kozgrid. Kozgrid does not intentionally collect or store raw visitor IP addresses through its website analytics.
Analytics may include page views, referral and campaign sources, device/browser categories, outbound and email clicks, downloads, navigation activity and enquiry-form events. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the current analytics implementation.
5. Cookies
Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some website functionality may be affected if cookies are disabled.
