This policy explains how KOZGRID handles personal information collected through enquiries, project communications and website analytics.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred callback time, project address or suburb, project details, drawings, survey information, photographs and other information required to understand or deliver the agreed service.
Website analytics may collect browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, campaign attribution, navigation activity, link clicks and enquiry progress.
2. How information is used
KOZGRID may use personal information to respond to enquiries and callback requests, prepare quotations, deliver residential building design and documentation services, coordinate project information with agreed consultants, administer payments, improve the website and maintain business records.
3. Consultant coordination
Where a project requires independent consultants, relevant project information may be shared with the consultant where necessary to obtain a quotation, coordinate documentation or progress the agreed project scope. KOZGRID will only share information reasonably required for that purpose.
4. Website analytics
KOZGRID uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may process a visitor's IP address to derive approximate location, but GA4 does not make raw IP addresses available to KOZGRID. KOZGRID does not intentionally collect or store raw visitor IP addresses through its website analytics.
Analytics may include page views, referral and campaign sources, device/browser categories, outbound and email clicks, downloads, navigation activity and enquiry-form events. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the current analytics implementation.
5. Cookies
Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some website functionality may be affected if cookies are disabled.
6. Storage and security
KOZGRID takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for business, project, accounting or legal purposes.
7. Third-party services
KOZGRID may use third-party services for website hosting, analytics, email, file storage, payment processing or project coordination. Those providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
8. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact KOZGRID to request access to or correction of personal information held about you, or to request deletion where there is no legal or business requirement to retain it.
9. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or social platforms. KOZGRID is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
